I have just found 2 interesting website about source code hosting. As a DARCS DVCS user, I was looking for a public host solution. And I have found :

With a regular orange offer (like you may have with an iPhone), you can plug your SIM card in a 3G USB token and use the following configuration :
APN : orange
access number : *99#
user name : orange
password : orange
If you are using an Orange Internet Everywhere Pass, the configuration is :
APN : orange.ie
access number : *99#
username : [EMPTY]
password : [EMPTY]
