It was far away! an hour and half of meeting. I can have a job on Digital TV or mobile phone or cars. This compagny follow you a lot and help you to keep a "coherent" resume. So I can begin as a computer developper, and become an "architect". That mean that I can work on the top level of the V cycle (specification). Meeting: 1 meeting every 3 month with your personnal manager; 1 every 4 month with the entire team.
